Austin is a self-made entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business leadership. His expertise includes optimizing revenue streams, business strategies, market research and administrative process setup.

His investments are spread across various verticals including fintech, new-age industrial electronics, fitness & health industries and marketing, spanning the globe through Singapore, India, China and UAE.

He is a realist, who strongly believes people should live by the adage “Fail early, fail often but ALWAYS FAIL FORWARD”. Austin is also an effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages assets in teammates to reach organizational goals.

Saminathan S stands as the Director and Finance Head of UTG Capital. He has diversified experience in managing accounts and looking after the entire finance vertical for the company.

Director

S Arun is the Director of UTG Capital, with extensive experience in the technology and IT-enabled services sector. In recent times, he has been closely involved with companies in crypto-related businesses, virtual financial assets, artificial intelligence, electric mobility products and technology, and eco-friendly and green energy projects.

Arun has earned a high reputation in cross borders transactions involving the US, UK, Israel, China, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Singapore, Mauritius, France, Zambia, Rwanda, Ghana, and Brazil.

Ravi is an E&C Engineer and has over 15 years of work experience in various business verticals. He has also held key positions and actively contributed to the growth of various start-ups.

His experience encompasses industries like Fintech, Smart Connected Technologies, Green Technology, Media and Health Technology. His core strengths are in creating Scalable Businesses, Startup Incubation, Commodities Trading & Business Consulting.

Nathan Marusamy

Senior Consultant

Nathan is a seasoned Chartered Engineer with a Master's in Railway Systems and Integration Engineering.

He has over 10 years of experience working for consultants, contractors and railway organisations as a designer, principal engineer and Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE). His experience includes projects ranging from feasibility to commissioning stages in the rail and civil industries.

Much of his recent work has been on the Thameslink and Crossrail programmes of the railway infrastructure, station modernisation and refurbishment. He has also enriched his experience by working in Dubai for Etihad Railways, to design and work with the sand mitigation team for desert railways.

Usata Viktoriia acts as the Business Development Manager for UTG Capital. Along with having a degree from Moscow University RSSU in Tourism, she is also a multilinguist with command of over 6 languages.

Zia Austin

The Joy

Zia is a young and dynamic woman of 6, who takes her job as the “joy-giver” in the company very seriously. Apart from her full-time role of being adorable, Zia also enjoys strumming on her Ukulele, beatboxing and swimming.

Her contributions to the company, and also the world, include spreading love and happiness. She has played a pivotal role in boosting the morale of teammates on many occasions.
